The Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme has made a number of senior appointments, including three ombudsmen. They are: Tony Boorman, principal insurance ombudsman; Tony Holland, principal investments ombudsman; and David Thomas, principal banking and loans ombudsman. Also, Barbara Cheney has been made company secretary; the financial controller is Christopher Smith; and Harsha Pandya becomes management accountant.
